  We visited Dubai Jan 18 - 23rd, 2010. The pictures do not do this hotel justice. The grounds are beautiful. I wanted to stay longer and I wanted to stay at the hotel without going out at all. Beach perfect and pool area couldn't be better. I have never had a more helpful staff in all areas of hotel. Especially the guest services, which is staffed 24/7. The food is great, taxis always available, location perfect, views from balcony perfect (I had two rooms). I only wish the internet was reasonable.

  The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was great about it except its location which is a forty minute ride from the Dubai airport. If you are going for a beach vacation it is terrific but otherwise you are spending a lot of time in a cab coming and going. Luckily Dubai cabs are affordable. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

  This is a great hotel. the only complaint i have is the charge for the internet service. for us$*+ per night internet hook-up should be free.

  Best service ever, i forgot my camera in the taxi, so i notified the hotel sucurity and they tracked the taxai and they returned my camera to the hotel next ...

  Best service ever, I forgot my camera in the taxi, so I notified the hotel sucurity and they tracked the taxai and they returned my camera to the hotel next day. It is the safest country in the world my kids were all over the hotel and beach by them selves and I did not have to worry. The staff is the best very freindly I defeintly would like to again.
